We also employ secure payment gateways but we do not ensure payment gateway failures or delays by Shreeji Voyages.

• Once done, visa fee, embassy fee, and service fee cannot be refunded.

• During booking, users should bring on correct, full and valid information.
• The user will be responsible to any loss that will occur as a result of wrong information (name, date of birth, passport number, etc.) provided.
• You confirm that you will not abuse the site or commit any act that is against the law.

We deal with third party suppliers like airlines, hotels, transport and visa authorities. These third parties are not liable to Shreeji Voyages due to its delays, cancellations, service failures, and losses.
